About Our Workplace Chaplaincy
Introduction:

My name is Jay Fielding, and I am a Certified Business Chaplain, and I am happy to meet you.

With employee costs often representing 40 to 60 percent of business costs, a rapid reduction in employee instability can have a dramatic positive impact on the bottom line.

As your workplace chaplain, I would serve your employees as a confidential resource to help reduce or eliminate the impact of personal problems on their work success.

People go through a wide range of challenges, such as critical incidents, financial challenges, family illnesses, lost housing, car downtime, job and career pressures which may at times impede their best effort, focus and normal stability.

Workplace Chaplaincy is proven to be a highly cost effective and rapid approach to helping your employees resolve, control or reduce the impact of life challenges on work performance.
Our confidential approach enables employees to feel more comfortable to address certain issues, knowing what they share is not exposed. All conversations are kept private, unless there is a concern of personal harm, child abuse, harm to others or the company.

We provide weekly or monthly reports to management on general activity and immediate feedback on any serious problem impacting employee and or company safety.

Chaplaincy in a business environment

Our Chaplaincy Service is NOT a “religious” endeavor. It is simply qualified professional people caring for people in times of need. A confidential resource for your employees to seek resources, assistance, and support because “Life just doesn’t happen 9-5.”

I have worked for many US and International companies and have experience working through my faith, without specifically talking about my views on God. In fact, I have worked for 3 India based companies for over 15 years. I have learned to work with people of varying cultures, religions, holidays and languages. During my career, I worked for companies headquartered in many different US states, as well as called on clients throughout the US and Canada.
I mentored many young men and women in their roles, as well as provided life and career guidance.
I specialize in life coaching approaches to succeed and to overcome challenges, traumas, crisis events, family, marriages and personal issues.

Our Workplace Chaplaincy services are tuned to work with both secular and all religious faiths as appropriate to the employee, patient, families, and client.
Business Chaplaincy Fastest Growing Part of Businesses
American Chaplains Association in conjunction with Psychology Today says that Chaplaincy in the workplace is the fastest segment of the market. Chaplains are working with HR departments and EAP departments to change the culture in many businesses today. The reason is simple; Chaplains are non-threatening to the employer and the employees. Many factors outside the workplace are brought into the workplace and as a result productivity of that employee effects not only them but it also affects those around them. Having someone to talk confidentially to can often relieve the stress of the situation.
